TL;DR: Upgrade your computer setup with a refurbished 2017 Apple iMac 21.5" Core i5 3.0GHz, 8GB RAM 1TB HDD. Snag it for just $669 — a 15% savings — as of Sept. 21.

After all this time spent working at home, how sick are you of squinting at your tiny MacBook screen? Or seeing the “low storage” warning?

If you’re at your breaking point re: your current laptop struggles, it may be time to make the leap to a desktop computer. And since Apple just released brand-new iMac models, the older ones are up for grabs at even lower prices. For instance, this 21.5-inch refurbished iMac from 2017 is available for less than $700. And did we mention it has an entire terabyte of onboard storage? That's about four 256GB iPhone 12s worth of space.

If you’ve never owned an iMac, you’re in for a treat. The all-in-one design is a total game-changer. There’s no tower you’ll need to find space for — just a screen with everything built right in. The 21.5-inch widescreen LED-backlit display will put your measly 13-inch MacBook to shame. Imagine all the tasks you can work on at once with a screen that large. Plus, with the 2.7GHz Intel quad-core i5 processor and 8GB DDR3 RAM, you can work smoothly and productively without worrying about lag. And as a bonus, you’ll even get all the ports you wish your MacBook had — including four USB 3.0 Type-A ports, two Thunderbolt ports, and two Thunderbolt 3 ports (USB-C).

With this refurbished iMac, you’ll also get a wired mouse and keyboard. But if you prefer wireless, it will sync seamlessly with Apple’s Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse 2 via Bluetooth.

The 2017 iMac didn’t radically change the formula of Apple’s previous models, but it still certainly holds its own in 2021. And for a limited time, you can snag this refurbished model for just $669. It may have some light scuffing on the bevel/case or light scratches or dents on the body, but everything inside works good as new. Plus, upon release, its starting price was $1,099, so this is a huge savings.
